We want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Initiate Return
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Bike
Carefully disassemble the bike and place it back in the original Ari shipping crate with all protective padding.

Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will send a courier to your location to collect the package at your convenience.

Receive Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
